NewSlack Site Ready
Ask Slack if tomorrow's site is ready to start.
Site Ready connects Slack to The Site Book, checks documents, sign-offs, credentials, Site Access and recent Slack context, then posts blockers, warnings, ready items and manager actions in the thread.
Readiness is based on available records and Slack context. Safety critical decisions stay with a human manager.

04Not a template
Why templates don't work
A generic RAMS with the address swapped gets flagged by inspectors. They can tell. Every document is created from your actual project — the site, the scope, the hazards.
- Every document uses your actual project details, not boilerplate
- Highlights hazards you might miss based on the type of work
- Vague wording flagged before you download
- Follows HSE guidance (L153, INDG411) and CDM 2015 structure
AI quality checking flags vague wording before you download

Built from real construction experience
The Site Book grew out of real experience with construction paperwork. Nicola has worked across domestic housing, larger industrial works, council projects, and principal contractor roles, and knew first-hand how clunky RAMS, CPPs and site paperwork could be with existing tools. We built The Site Book to make that process faster, clearer and more practical for small UK construction firms.

What builders say
“As a UK-based MEP engineer running a small company, I need RAMS that are professional, job-specific, and quick to turn around… and that's exactly what I've found with The Site Book. I just describe the job in plain English, follow a few quick steps, and pick my tasks from their clear menu… Documents look professional, are branded for the business, and are ready to distribute to my clients, streamlining the process from start to finish.”
Richard Nicholls
MEP engineer
“This tool is great for ensuring I don't miss anything when documenting the risk assessments and plans for my projects. I can just enter the information and it does all of the work for me. It creates Risk Assessments, Construction Phase Plans, COSHH Assessments, Site Induction papers and Method statements, all from the information I already have. Highly recommended.”
Andrew Taylor
Trustpilot review
“Great Platform at a really reasonable price. I asked for some help with customising work types and the next day they introduced a new feature to the site letting me do just that. Couldn't ask for better service!”
Oli
Trustpilot review
